Prepare yourself for the cuteness!  There’s nothing I love more than a sweet little girl to get all dressed up and girly.  I LOVE these kinds of sessions where we bust out fun props and backdrops.  Sweet Miss A’s family contacted me to have a 9 month session for their little peanut and she was as cute as could be!

She had the most gorgeous sparkly blue eyes.

And we had SO much fun with her in the tutu!

I just couldn’t resist her adorable little toes.  This is one of my favorite shots.

Is she not just the sweetest thing ever?

And I love that mom and dad wanted to do some shots in her room with her favorite book.

And we braved the outdoors in one of the snowiest winters I can remember in a LONG time and took a few outside.  She had the most adorable little fur coat and matching boots!

*excludes newborn and senior sessions

It’s time for another addition of What to Wear!  I figured these would be a good way to fill in the gaps during the slow season of sessions.  And besides, this is sort of like shopping for me too, and I can’t say No to that!

I’m working on a “wintry” theme one, but this one would be great for fall photos or even those late winter photos when it’s not quite “spring” yet, but more of an early spring.  I love combining blue and orange and these outfits bring out some great combinations of those colors.  All of these outfits can be found at Old Navy.

Our senior portraits have been one of my favorite things about this past year.  I LOVE working with my seniors and they are some of my favorite sessions.  We have decided to make a small change in our senior portrait business and we have now launched a separate division for our seniors!  I’m happy to announce T*3 photography!

While we have separate branding now for our high school Senior experience, you will still receive the same great personal service and high quality care that you have come to expect from us.  We are super excited for what’s to come for this new brand for our senior portraits!

One of the first things that we’re excited to launch is our Class of 2011 Spokesmodel Program!  We’re still working out the details, but we will be looking for up to 2 Seniors from some of the high schools around the Twin Cities Metro area to promote our studio to their friends.  Each of our models will have the opportunity to not only earn print credits to use, but to earn some awesome gift cards and other incentives!   Each model would get a “mini” session in either March or April and would then receive another full session later in the summer or early fall for their “standard” senior portraits.

Stay tuned for the “official” details on our program and how you or your senior can apply for it!  In the meantime, be sure to check out our new website for our seniors! http://www.t3photography.com

We’d love to hear what you think!

There’s nothing like the bond between a boy and his favorite baseball.  This ball is pretty meaningful to my little man. We went to one of the last Twins games at the Metrodome this fall and had some amazing seats courtesy of my full time job.  So amazing, that we had about 15 or so foul balls fly over our heads!  Now, one would think that it’s an easy feat to catch one of these foul balls, especially when you’re in the 2nd row, but I’ve decided it’s one of the hardest things to do, and that the baseball God’s have to be on your side if you are to become a proud owner of one of these.

Well, one of the many flew *right* past us, and of course, I was distracted by Joe Mauer’s cuteness and not paying attention!  Thankfully, a woman a couple of seats over from us caught it.  She was SO sweet and decided that Tyson was to be the proud new owner of that little ball and gave it to him.  I think it may have only been use for a few short minutes in the game, but it was SO awesome to see the joy on Ty’s face when he got it.  He held onto it so tightly for the rest of the game, and it now has a special place on his shelf in his room next to his other sports momentos.

So, when I wanted to practice on my new seamless paper, I told him I would let him take some pictures with his special baseball.  He quickly decided that he wanted to put on his Twins jersey as well and well, they turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself!  We now have a fun storyboard that I’m going to get made into a canvas for his new room (when we hopefully move in a couple of months!)

Happy New Year everyone!!  2009 was a wonderful year for us and we are SO excited for 2010!  I have a lot of exciting things that I would like to implement this year and one of those is a new referral program!

Did you notice the new look to the blog?  I’m SUPER excited with how it turned out and think Nancy Lary of Monkey Tails did an awesome job!  What you think?

And now onto our other exciting news!  You guys are the number one way that we find new clients, from your wonderful word of mouth.  And since we appreciate you and telling your friends and family about your experiences with us, we want to reward you for that!

So, we’re excited to announce our new referral program!  For those of you that have been referring people to us for the last few months, fear not!  We’ve been keeping track of those for you and you will be able to redeem your referral credits as outlined below as well. :-)

I can’t think of a more precious gift to have right before Christmas than a new baby.  The {S} family welcomed baby A into their home just over a week ago and I got to photograph him when he was just 6 wee days old.  He was wonderfully adorable, with his strawberry blonde hair and his bluish eyes.  He also was a fabulous little model for us and gave us some fun little poses to capture.

Mom & Dad were up for just about anything I thew there way, so we used some fun new props.  We couldn’t pass up at least one Christmas photo too being he was born so close to Christmas.  :-)

Thank you SO much for allowing me to capture your new addition.  He’s absolutely perfect!  Enjoy your sneak peek!

I try not to post too many photos of my kids on here, I leave those to our family blog.  But, I just couldn’t resist sharing our Christmas card photo with you all.  These two are the reason that I fell in love with photography and they are the ones that drive me to get better and better and to do what I love.

So, from our family to yours, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas!  Thank you for a WONDERFUL first year for Ten Tiny Toes Photography and I know 2010 will be even better!  We hope that your family and friends have a wonderful holiday season!
